I downloaded it and when I went and opened it, it wouldn’t let me sign in. My internet works fine. Any suggestions for a pc user, thanks

We are working on an update to make the signin process for the Hub more stable. It should be available shortly.
In the meanwhile, normally the problem is resolved by temporarily switching the default browser on your system to something else than you have now. Usually Chrome or Edge works well. Sorry for the inconvenience.
