Every time I try to load my flight plan chart from simbrief to navigraph, navigraph is asking me to sign in. I use the same username and password on both platforms, and still I can’t log into navigraph from simbrief.
When I try to login with the navigraph app on my tablet it works but can’t do it from simbrief directly (which is easier).
It was working before, but I seems to have this issue since last week… I tried to uninstall the apps and reinstall it, but this does not work.
Can you help me please?
I’m having the same exact issue. Every time I try to open the plan in charts from simbrief, I get a constant sign in loop. I’m obviously able to sign in but it doesn’t allow me to load from simbrief. Happens on Safari and chrome. No VPN’s or security software.
I first noticed the issue yesterday but it still allowed exporting. It doesn’t work at all today.
Hi, thanks for the report. I’ve been able to reproduce this, but it looks like it might be an issue with Charts itself.
I’ve reached out to the App team and will follow up once I hear back.

I’ve had this exact same issue not being able to load my NAVIGRAPH charts from Simbrief. Constantly in the sign in loop. I’ve tried 3 different devices and same result for all 3. Please help.
