Booted out of my Navdata Center


Today I went to do a flight in Microsoft Flight Simulator and I noticed the FMS data on my Fenix A320 was expired. So I went to my Navdata Center to update the navdata like normal and it asks me to log in, so I follow the web page to log in. However, when I go to log in it says “Access Denied” and “This application requires an active Navigraph Subscription.” However, I subscribed to the yearly navdata only plan and it doesn’t expire until late September of 2023. I have tried reinstalling the Navdata Center but I still have the same problem. How do I get in so I can update my navdata?
