Blank screen in Flight Sim 2020

  • account created
  • subscription payment confirmed
  • installed NavData and connected it to FS2020
  • opened FS 2020
  • icon is at top, but when I click it, “Navigraph Charts” window opens but is blank (blue background)
  • no QR code or any way to login - no information whatsoever
  • please assist

Same problem here. Just stopped working between flights. Used to work fine
