Today I wanted to get back to a forum topic, which I’ve opened a few days ago and where I got a reply 3 days ago. Now I just see, that this topic was autoclosed after 2 days of no reply.
I am supportive of autoclosing a topic. But 48 hours is much too short. Most of us have a dayjob to take care of. Quickly 48 hours are passing before you can get back on a topic.
Would appreciate, if you could extend that to 5-7 days to be on the save side.
