Most of the time I create my flight plan with SimBrief and import it in Sim via Datalink.
Are the data from SimBrief and Navigraph-MSFS identical?

Yes, SimBrief uses exactly the same data as for all other sims, addons, tools. Therefore, you can be sure, that when you plan a flight with SimBrief, that all aircrafts, tools or the new sim will load the flight without any issues, restrictions or limitations. Its really the same source, the Jeppesen source.
