I’m using P3Dv5.3 when I updated to 2201 there is no approaches in the FMC it worked up until this update
Forgot to add I’m using qw787
The approaches are now in the fmc but the ils gps is missing I reverted back to 2113 and it works

Which airport, which runway, what do you mean by ils gps is missing ?
Try adding screenshots showing the issue using Guide to posting Screenshots
