Hi. I would like to know if I can define the waypoints for the approach, that is, the route segment after STAR. All my flight plans end with the IAF, where the STAR ends.

Like the real OFPs that SimBrief is based on, approach waypoints are not included in the flight plan. Fuel is however planned for the approach, based on the arrival direction and runway selection.
