Airways showing up as "not in database"

This happens with the MSFS airbus A320 Neo. I have updated my AIRAC cycle and currently am on 2409 rev.1. I got a flight plan with SimBrief and as I was putting it into the MCDU when I would try to input the airways it would just say “not in database” and not load it into the FP, but when I tried it with another aircraft like the PMDG 737-8 I got the error of “data out of date”, but if I try to manually input the waypoints on the airway I can do that just not the airway itself can anyone help?
