Hi,
It seems that the 122.900 is a default Unicom frequency in MSFS because we don’t offer this frequency.
It is also possible (only my personal assumption after your last posting) that the in-game ATC can’t handle FSS/INFO frequency (so only specific frequency types), and therefore the difference between the WorldMap and the ATC.
So, for me, it looks like this has nothing to do with the scenery or a bad Installation - it looks like it’s per design.
One question:
Do you use a beta (for 2020 or 2024) or the stable versions?
I guess your last posting was fascinating, and I will also check this to see if I can find any pattern.
at the moment all testing was done in msfs2024 su3 beta 1.5.13.0
I also tried the same in msfs2024 su2 stable
and msfs 2020 su15 stable (because I thought it was a new msfs2024 bug)
I never had problems like this for years literally.
I even uninstalled 2020 completely just to make sure nothing is streamed from there
problem occurs on all platforms
new navigraph cycle 2507, same problem, only 122.900 at some airports. without navigraph installed, correct frequency. looks like thats just the way it is now and I have to live with 122.900 as unicom
The problem is that I can´t reproduce it, and we don´t have this frequency in our database. I expected no change on your system because we still have this frequency somewhere. It may be hard-coded in the sim; I don´t know. Sorry.
Thanks, as you can see, this is very important to me I dont have high hopes because not many people seem troubled by it. Anyway, thank you for your kind help in this thread. Much appreciated.
