I just purchased and installed the CRJ v2 for MSFS 2024. I’m trying to install the latest airac to the CRJ. Navigraph hub does detect the installation, but when I click ‘Install’ in the Nav Hub, I get an error - ‘It seems the add-on is not fully initialized’, make sure you have the latest version of the CRJ v2’ (which I do).
Me too – same problem, but not a new purchase. I tried reinstalling the CRJ, and I also started the sim (but did not fly the CRJ). Still no luck.
Hello, my Navigraph Hub no longer recognizes Aerosoft’s CRJ V2.
The hub recognizes CRJ version 1, but it no longer installs.

Hi guys,
The navigation data install mechanism for CRJ V2 is a bit different than CRJ V1. It supports navigation data update both through the EFB in the aircraft, and through Hub. For compatability with MSFS2024 the location where the navigation data is installed has moved to a new location which must be created by the simulator for Hub to be able to install the navigation data. This happens when the aircraft is started for the first time. So start a flight with the aircraft and either update the navigation data in the EFB, or try using Hub again.
The error message was a bit misleading as it did not state that the aircraft has to be run, this is now fixed in the latest Hub v1.2.16 released today. The old version of Hub also incorectly indicated detection of V1 when detecting V2, which is also fixed in v.1.2.16.
