Aerosoft CRJ V2 Navdata

Hello,

the AIRAC for Aerosoft CRJ V2 (MSFS2020) is not updateable via the Hub.

The Status jumps from UPDATE to → REMOVE and than back to “UPDATE”

Edit:

i think i found the issue.

the old airac was installed at this folder:

“Microsoft.FlightSimulator_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache\Community\aerosoft-crj\Data”

i have updated the AIRAC via the EFB and it was installed at: “Microsoft.FlightSimulator_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState\packages\aerosoft-crj\work\Data\NavData”

I know you said it should be fixed, but I’m having the same issue. It’s Sep 4 at 2000Z I can only update the CRJ v2 for 2020 and 2024 from the aircraft’s EFB. Unistalled/Reinstalled CRJ but that did not help. Before I used the CRJ EFB, the Navigraph Hub said “Install”. Clicked on “Install” and after a few seconds it changed to “Remove” - thought it was good, but a couple of seconds later it changed back to “Install”. Opened both sims and checked FMC and the airac was not updated.

Try Uninstall, Redownload, and Install of Navigraph Hub.

Unfortunately, this is still broken for me as of 9/5 1430z. Tried uninstalling/reinstalling the navigation hub but the issue persists. CRJ nav data appears to download but a few seconds later the install button reappears. Also tried running as admin and non admin and did not make a difference.

Always switches back to “INSTALL” here, too, for both 2020 and 2024.

Thank you for quick response unfortunately it didn’t resolve issue. See on forum you will look into it after weekend. Just want to let you know, your product is the only add on that I can’t go without-it’s awesome!

Same issue here. Removed, reinstalled Navigraph hub. Restarted my PC but not matter what the CRJ navdata installs then a few seconds later the state changes from “REMOVE” to “INSTALL”.

Again, as I have mentioned in two postings above. Please use the update feature directly in the EFB for now. We will check the Hub configuration after the weekend and inform you here.

Efb loading not working as of 0138z 9/12. The update freezes the sim and i have to force close it.

For which Sim and version, e.g., MSFS 2024 release SU3?

It is msfs 2024 su3. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling both the aircraft and hub to no avail.

Disregard previous entries. I was enrolled in the su4 beta against my will, and since have downgraded to su3. Now the issue has resolved itself.
