I’m an Indonesian flight simulation user and really love your product, especially Navigraph Charts and Navdata. However, many users in Indonesia face a challenge when subscribing due to the lack of support for local payment methods.
Indonesia has widespread use of QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard), which integrates popular wallets like GoPay, DANA, and more. Unfortunately, most users do not own international credit cards like Visa or Mastercard.
It would be very helpful if Navigraph could consider implementing local e-wallet support via QRIS, directly to the E-wallet app like GoPay, or partnering with third-party services such as Xendit, Midtrans, or others — similar to what other platform doing now.
This feature will not only help improve accessibility, but also encourage more legal users from Southeast Asia to subscribe.
