Access denied to NavigraphHub

Account up to date. Attempting to download new AIRAC data last week but I am being denied access. I only have 1 account associated with my email on file. I have uninstalled and re-installed with no luck.

I think I stumbled on solution. Go to Navigaphs main website and sign in. Hit “get started”. Click on devices. I had about 12 different applications within Navigraph indicating that I was logged in. I simply clicked sign out on everything listed. Closed out. Then started Hub and it worked.
