I am unable to update my AIRAC. Something changed with Navigraph Hub today. When I launch Navigraph Hub, it opens to a window that I can not get out of.
The page is unclickable.

Those images are just illustrative screenshots of how the actual popup looks (although it says Navigraph Hub, not Navigraph Charts).
You are not getting such a popup?
Which is the default browser on your system?

I am using Firefox. The icon on my desktop is Navigraph Hub. When I click on it, a window opens for me to sign in. Once I sign in, I get the illustrative screen shot I sent you and I am unable to get out of it.

try to sign out from the Navigraph webpage first. Means go to https://www.navigraph.com, and press the sign out (top right in your profile) button.
Start the Hub again, login and look what happened then.

Hi Richard,
Unfortunately the sign out at navigraph.com and sign in with navigraph hub did not work.
I also uninstalled and reinstalled navigraph hub and that was no help.
It was working fine just three days ago. It looks like there was an update that messed things up.

Open Firefox Options. Under General, scroll down to Applications.

Find the row “navigraph-desktop”.
-
Make sure that it is set to open with Navigraph Hub.
How do the Firefox settings look on your machine?
Alternatively, temporarily switch to Chrome to complete the login.

Ok, it finally opened when I switched to google chrome. Firefox was my default browser, will I be able to go back to
Firefox or does this program only work in google chrome now?

Great! You can go back to Firefox, but if you need to login and experience the problem again the switch to Chrome. It should normally work in Firefox too.

I did the update today on the Navdata Hub. I fully expected to have no problems but that was not the case. Six months ago the same thing happened, not able to sign in. Last time I switched browsers to Firefox uninstalled the program, reinstalled it and it began to work.
I did all of these, same steps again and switched to multiple different browsers with no results. Also did the steps listed below.
- Open Firefox Options. Under General, scroll down to Applications.
- Find the row “navigraph-desktop”.
- Make sure that it is set to open with Navigraph Hub.
It’s just stuck on the sign in page and when I hit sign in it won’t let me sign in this is the same thing that happened to me last time. Why does this happen with updates?
So what can I do to fix this?
I like your program please help me fix this!

I did that multiple times with no results! There is definitely something broken in your program! It’s not a matter of just switching browsers or disabling firewalls or anti virus software anymore!
Your program has problems! You guys need to solve the programming issue!
Unless you can come up with a new suggestion then all of the add on aircraft that I purchase are worthless!
I’m not trying to be negative but this is more than frustrating to say the least!
Please solve this or give me something useful I can work with!

We are currently testing an updated version of the Hub with an improved Sign in mechanism. We will release it as soon as testing is completed, likely after the weekend. Sorry for the troubles.

of the Navigraph Hub has just been released. This update brings a completely different sign-in mechanism that is not dependent on any specific browser on your computer. You can even use your phone to sign in!
