There appear to be a number of STARs missing in the Beta for this airport. It has all the ???X STARs but is missing all the ???A STARs. E.g. UGTU1A is missing but UGTU1X is available.
Same issue for me, not just STARs but SIDs too.
Gentlemen,
most of such cases are outdated MSFS airport sceneries. YBBN has 01L/19R and 01R/19L in real life.

So, completely outdated and therefore the SIDs/STARs can´t be assigned to the missing runways.
