Its now 2025. havent played in 3 years. I have x-plane 11. Running the data manager to update my fmc’s, it’s mapped to the correct folder. It locates , via scan, updates for x-plane 11, and my IXEG 737. It does not find my Flight factor 757 v2 (which is in the same directory and sub directory (Airplane folder). Tried to manually “+ADD” it, and there are several planes to choose from, but this plane is not listed in the drop down menu. Is this plane no longer supported?
Hi,
The problem is that we don´t know anything about a v2. This is normally a task from the add-on devs to inform us about a new version and what kind of data this version uses. It is also possible that FF doesn´t see the need to update the data. As soon as FF contacts us, we should add this version plus the information about which data they use, or if we need to create a new dataset, we will add it.
Thank you,
Richard
well..i had updated it in the past..last update was Jan 2023. also have the FF 767 and doesnt find that either, again had updated in past
Hi,
I have asked because you wrote that you don´t find it in the list when you try to manually add the FF v2. That means we have not added it to our add-on list, and that means we haven´t received any dev requests to add it.
Do you know which data format the FF757 v2 uses? Possible that you can add any other existing format for the v2 …
Thank you,
Richard
The v2 is the current 757, released many many years ago for X-Plane 10. Before that, there was a v1 (also for X-Plane 10, and possibly also XP9 too like their first 777).
The database you want to update is “X-Plane GNS430, FF757/767/777 […]” in FMS Data Manager.

Tim
