Wrong icao region for waypoint at ZSCG

I found a error in a way point for the VORDME approach for runway 29 at ZSCG china
the FIX CD29 use ZB as there ICAO region but whene i compaire with other wayponts and navaids in the area are using ZS as there ICAO region.
Data that i see this problem is X-Plane 11 and Little Navmap database.
I don’t know this is a error in the navigraph local database or upstream by jeppesen or other upstream data providers.
