Wrong elevation ETHR/ETSR

The runway at Roth army airport has a wrong elevation and is buried in a deep hole. When I remove navigraph-navdata/navigraph-navdata-base from the Community folder all is fine. The issue shows up since the last few AIRACs, also in cycle 2405r1 installed with latest Navigraph hub v1.2.8. The elevation should be 1271ft. Thx!

Hi,
thanks for the report. We don’t have ETHR in our database. For ETSR, which is including in our data, we have indeed no airport elevation. I will check, if I find a solution for this issue in one of the next cycles.

Thanks again,
Richard

Hi, I’m just curious if there is any progress in this topic. Seems the issue with the wrong elevation still exists since my post in May 2024 (Wrong elevation ETHR/ETSR). I’m currently on AIRAC 2410 rev4. Greets

Short update: elevation still wrong in AIRAC 2411r1.

Hi,
As I wrote, we don´t have an elevation for ETSR, so we must set it to zero. There is no other solution for that, sorry.

Cheers,
Richard

Hi,
according to the wiki page Roth Air Base - Wikipedia, the elevation is 1271ft. Would that help? Maybe the problems have to do with the old ICAO code ETHR which was replaced by ETSR. Additionally “ET” is normally the ICAO prefix for military airports, but that use was abandoned 2014. Nevertheless the field is still used for civil aviation.
