Locked in demo mode. Account says paid.
Is there any chance you have two accounts? If so, please check you are logged into the one with your subscription.
Happened to me also yesterday. Some of the maps on Charts application showed DEMO. Re-opening the app sorted it out.
yeah same here why am i in demo just paid for it?
You should have full access now. Please confirm.
You are welcome.
I also have an ongoing full subscription, but sometimes Navigraph Charts loves to show me the “Demo” picture instead of the required chart. In general it takes a few attempts before the chart shows; but that’s all time and workload I cannot afford during a flight and even less when ATC just issued a different SID or STAR or approach. This started occurring after the last update.
I have the same problem using the app on a Android Tablet.
Ultimate Subscription in place yet I am getting the demo banner.
Customer for many years, active subscribtion but same problem here…
Which app are you using? Are you always getting the error?
What if you use Charts Cloud, https://charts.navigraph.com, does it work?
Using Navigraph Charts. With the exe properties shows to be version 22.214.171.1249. Tried the Charts Cloud service, it works, however Demo mode occurs occasionally to me with Navigraph Charts, so can expect it to show occasionally with the cloud too (may require some time before that happens).
The PC Desktop App works without a problem as does the link you posted.
So which app is not working? Only Android?
- Android App - not working correctly. Demo message is shown.
- Desktop App - works fine.
- Browser link (as above) - works fine.
We have investigated this issue and found a potential issue, for which we have now issues a fix. Please try the apps again, and let us know if you encounter the Demo mode message again.
Sorry for the inconvenience.
The demo message is no longer showing on Android.
The map (high enroute / low enroute /world) appear not to be displayed however?
Great to hear about no demo mode.
Strange that the enroute chart isn’t showing. What is you restart the app or your device? What if you switch between day and night mode?
I tried all of your suggestions (restart app, deviceand switch modes) but the problem remained.
Hopefully it is a local problem and will be resolved when I next use the app.
In my view the Android App isn’t very reliable. Often closing down and on restart it pauses a lot when trying to load a flight. I’m not sure if this represents the general user experience or perhaps issues with my device.
We are building completely new versions of all apps so it will soon be replaced.
It shouldn’t be unreliable like that but if you’d like you can use Charts Cloud in Chrome on your Android in the meanwhile.
