I bought a yearly subscription and I try to use it on iPad and everything says I’m in demo mode. Why is that?
Because you have bought the “Navdata” subscription instead the “Ultimate”, according our product page this subscription contains only the navdata but no charts.
But you can upgrade to Ultimate whenever you want (you pay only the difference), after that all charts (including the MSFS in-game panel) are open and access able, from any device.
