You have a navdata subscription. If you want access to Charts you can upgrade to Ultimate here: https://navigraph.com/account/subscription

I see you have an Ultimate subscription. Could you post a screenshot from the Charts app showing your Settings page and the Demo message?
What if you use Charts Cloud, https://charts.navigraph.com, does it work?

We have investigated this issue and found a potential issue, for which we have now issues a fix. Please try the apps again, and let us know if you encounter the Demo mode message again.
