Any iPad that supports iOS 13 or later should be fine. We currently support iPads running iOS 12 too, but we will inevitably have to drop this support, unfortunately.

Here is a list of iPads and their levels of support by apple: iPadOS version by device — iOS Ref
Any iPad on this list that is not marked as “Vintage” or “Obsolete” should be fine!
