Waypoints not showing on route line

when I click on waypoint in chart only long and lat numbers show not the waypoint name
any one have a reason this started happening?

Hi John,

Check you have the latest Charts V 8.32 Build 7612796502. Please advise version of Windows or macOS.

Attached is screenshot, I had uninstalled and downloaded new file, but I see I don’t have that new build

None of the waypoints show in the route line

I run win 11 home 22h2

Hi John,

We recommend you update to the latest build.

Are you referring to the Waypoints in the RNAV 17 (HFD) Arrival. They are fixed and can’t be deleted so are not separately listed in the Route Line.

You can click on the Waypoints and get the coordinates in the left bottom column:
