Tested in MSFS2024, inibuilds A330. Any SID from any runway is showing several thousand miles in disctance.

It seems this is an Inibuilds A330 issue. I have tested the same with the G1000 NXi (which is the recommended way for testing because the stock G1000 NXi fully supports the newest framework from WorkingTitle).
Here is a test SID out of VHHH:

You will see (and you can test this yourself when you try the same with the G1000) that the procedures are working as expected (using stock scenery with AIRAC 2505 rev. 1). So, if you see any issues in the A330, please report this to Inibuilds.
