UPDATE: New Weather Overlay Feature Not Showing on iPad

I deleted then reinstalled the app. I can see the weather overlay icon now. Good to go.

Is your image from an iPad? I can see the weather overlay on my pc, but not on my iPad.

Try reinstalling Charts iOS and make sure you have Version 8.28.1 or later.
