Hello Navigraph Support,
My Navigraph Charts does not show All of the Overlays and or menus.
No Layer icon or Weather Icon.
I have included a few attachments. I hope you can open and view them.

This is unfortunately to be expected. This is because the in-game panel has to run in a severely limited environment that does not support the advanced data-driven maps that we use in our other apps! The panel also shares resources with the simulator, so even if it were technically possible (which it is not), it would bring the simulator to a halt.
Apologies for the inconvenience! As a partial workaround, you can use the desktop app in “always-on-top” mode, available in the settings!
