After SU4, Unable to update PMDG 777 MSFS 2024. Have attempted the walk-arounds posted in recent posts but nothing has worked.

Please try both Navigraph Hub and update from the 777 EFB.
If still an issue, please let us know the steps taken and the results - screenshots help using Guide to posting Screenshots.

Have tried all that and deleted WASM Navigraph work files. Nothing helps

Persistence. Once again, deleted WASM files and updated in Hub

Purchased, Downloaded and Installed from MSFS Marketplace via Xbox
Navigraph subscription is active
Currently own a PMDG 737-800, no issues with Navdata.

Ok so yesterday Jan16’2026 via the MSFS Marketplace I purchased the PMDG 777-300ER, downloaded, and installed no issues. Loaded the default plan up in KDFW, was able to pull via SimBrief my flight plan from KDFWKCLT no issues.
Trouble began in the tablet when I went update the NavData → Navigation Data Update
Currently Installed AIRAC cycle, Validity Period, Latest Available AIRAC cycle, no data- pending update.
Tried restarting the Ipad, different airports, ADIRU initialized/not, doing position init, checking FMC menus, nothing.
Downloading navigation data… just freezes at 70% under the ‘d’ in data.
Please help! @PMDG or @Navigraph

This is a known issue with a recent fix, which PMDG will release with their next update.
