Hello, I have to reopen this issue, I was referred to a post showing the solution, I followed the steps but same thing again, the PMDG 777ER or the F which is what I have, are not updating the navdata, I followed the steps, deleted those 3 files on both planes and same issue continues, navigraph desktop tool shows the navdata updated but I wont update in the aircraft EFB, anyone have another option or what I can do, I cannot fly the aircraft since the FMS is not showing the waypoints. Thanks for any help!
