I want to install nav data to my pmdg and there is no way for the hub application or for the tablet, I reinstalled everything and I can’t find any solution please…

For MSFS 2024, as per Navigraph and MSFS 2024, please see that Navigation data updates are being worked on.
For MSFS 2020, you should be able to update the 737’s using the EFB’s or via Navigraph Hub. Please advise what steps you have talern and results. Screenshots help using Guide to posting Screenshots.

Hello, thank you very much for responding. I send screenshots, in the hub application I don’t get pmdg, neither on the tablet since it is the msfs store version and it is the version that appears in the image. msfs store did not update the pmdg to date.
On November 9, I subscribed to Navigraph and updated it to pmdg without problems with the hub application, now it does not appear as seen in the attached image. The other default aircraft such as the A320 are updated, the only problem is pmdg.
Yesterday I restarted the Windows PC and installed everything today and I couldn’t update the airac pmdg.
In the EFB, General Preferences make sure your Navigraph Authentication is Signed in, SimBrief Alias is entered.
In 3 disks 
, Navigation you should be able to Reinstall Navdata:
We shall look further into why you can’t see PMDG in Hub.

I also can not see PMDG in the HUB after latest update 1.2.10.
I have 737-800 from the MSFS marketplace v 3.0.100, still waiting for the latest update v 3.0.106. I have the latest AIRAC 2411, but will not be able to update to 2412, 3 disks not showing in EFB.
Hi guys, this looks like a possible regression for marketplace installs for 2020 in the latest version of Hub. We are investigating.

I can confirm this is a bug in 1.2.10. It has been resolved in a new 1.2.11, which is currently being processed in our systems and will soon roll out.

The rollout is complete but it can take some time for caches to update, you can access the update directly here meanwhile:
