Can't login to Navigraph Navdata Center

I have downloaded and updated to the latest version of the Navdata Center. Whenever I launch the app and click the “Sign In” button nothing happens, the app does not respond. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Try disconnecting Antivirus, and using a different default browser such as Chrome/Firefox.

So just to clarify, the desktop “APP” uses the default Browser? I currently use Chrome. I’ll turn off my antivirus software and see. Thanks.

The browser is used for login.

Try changing to Firefox as default.

My problem with the login button not doing anything was resolved by temporarily disabling my second monitor in the NVIDIA Control Panel. Using a single monitor allows me to login every time, then re-enable the second monitor again after the navdata has been updated.
