when i try to login at my data manager, the login fails with following message: email or password incorrect…I have the ultimate subscription and i can login at the charts cloud etc…

Hi Ben,
Welcome.
In Settings, Make sure you are running the latest FMS Data Manager
Check you are logging in with the details of account with subscription, make sure you have no special characters in password.
