No login into FMS Data Manager

Hi

I have followed everything in this post:

Everything in the directories deleted, the instances stopped in the task manager. The current version installed. But I keep getting a login error my “Password or email is incorrect” My login name and password works on Navigraph main page. I’ve also reset my password, all to no avail.

I’ve added my log file.

Hi…,

There are two accounts with your surname created the same day. If you have two accounts make sure you are logged in user the account with a subscription.
