Unable to install Navigraph Charts on Huawei MediaPad M5 Pro

Hello!

I was able to install Navigraph Charts 8.12.0 on my Huawei MediaPad M5 Pro tablet the other day but now, I can’t update it because Play Store says it is not compatible anymore :frowning:

Some help please!

Hi,

The screen size of your device seems to be 8.4”. This is smaller than we currently support, which is about 10”+. We are working on adding support for smaller device sizes.

Hi,

It isn’t defined precisely on screen size but also pixel density and resolution. That’s why I said “about” 10". There is a technical classification used by Google to determine device sizes and we are right now limiting it to xlarge devices in Google Play.

As soon as we have added support for smaller screens we will remove this limitation.

Actually, I don’t understand… I can install Navigraph Charts 8 on my Acer Iconia One 10 B3-A40FHD (screen size: 10.1"; resolution: 1920 x 1200) but not on my Huawei MediaPad M5 Pro (screen size: 10.8"; resolution: 2560 x 1600)!

Please help!

Yesterday I was able to update Navigraph Charts 8.14.0 on my Huawei MediaPad M5 Pro tablet and today the software is again listed as incompatible!
