Unable to Complete Purchase

Not sure what is happening here but I am currently trying to complete a payment for a subscription but after I complete the field with my card details and click to validate it goes to the next screen with the perpetual ring of never-ending loading/processing. This does not change. It’s stuck there. Normally when I purchase something I would expect to see such a screen for a few seconds before a purchase completion screen appears but that is not happening here. It’s just stuck there “processing”. This is the second time I have tried but will now cease until I hear from you. I have also emailed support.

(EDIT) There appears to be a problem with Firefox and your payment processor. Once I tried to make the purchase on Edge it was immediate.
