I am having trouble purchasing a subscription. I put my card info in and after I hit purchase it loads for ever. it will just keep on loading and it never ends up loading.
Sorry for the problems. This is indicating an issue charging your card. For some reason we don’t get a successful charge. You may want to check with your bank that your card is valid for international recurring payments. You could also try charging your card via PayPal.
