Subscription payment not processing

I tried to purchase an unlimited plan. After entering my payment information the “Processing Payment” with the spinning circle appeared, then disappeared and I’m back on the subscription page.

“My Subscriptions” page shows that my unlimited plan is inactive. I press the Reactivate button and I’m back where I began.

My payment history shows that I have made no payments. So, at least, multiple payments weren’t processed.

I have tried Chrome, Edge, and Android. I also tried using Google Pay and entering my credit card information.

After reading similar situations on the forum (from long ago), I assume it’s a problem at your end.

Please make sure your computer clock is synchronised to current real time.
