Unable to access Simbrief

Simbrief went down for me today and I can’t figure out why. Cleared my caches/cookies, checked another browser, tried pinging it, restarted the computer and router/modem. Nothing. I just get this:


Cookies are enabled. Site data is enabled.

Disabling my antivirus and firewall did nothing. Still won’t connect.

Hi, that’s really strange. I don’t really know why that would be, you aren’t blocked from our side as far as I can see.

I see you’ve been able to use SimBrief since posting this, has the issue been resolved or did you find a temporary workaround (ex. VPN)?

If it still isn’t resolved, you might need to reach out to your ISP. They should be able to figure out where the connection is being blocked and possibly correct it from their end.

I was able to access SimBrief using a VPN. However, as of right now, it looks like I have normal access again.
