As the title says, the UAL 2018 format has a section of the flight log dedicated to the alternate route, but it does not include any terminal procedures, waypoints, etc. Despite it appear that SB does calculate these.
Can this route data please be added? Thanks!
Hi, I have never seen a UAL release include any waypoints in the alternate flight log. This is accurate as far as I can tell.

Hiya – not at liberty to pass over evidence of it, but spoke directly with someone in UA dispatch tonight and confirmed they do.
If you need to see evidence I’ll need to try and drum up a second source.
They will - even if you’re using KMKE for KORD, they’ll throw in the OBK VOR (eg KORD DCT OBK DCT) to satisfy the requirement that they are using a realistic routing to the alternate.
