I’m a newcomer of the flight simulation, and using little navmap for guiding, but i am a little curious about the navdata, i know it’s from jeppsen, is it exactly the same as the real jeppesen data? what’s the difference bwtween these data and the pilot using?
Hi
Simple answer: nothing - we get exactly the same standard ARINC424 file, what airliner gets and build, according the technical specification of the addons, the correct dataset of each addon. So in other words, the data are really exactly the same as in the real-world …
Hope that helps
Richard
does these data have less information than the original jeppesen data?
No, our source file what we receive from Jeppesen every 28 days is the original file as for airliners too and includes nearly all (at least standard) ARINC424 record-types, plus a few supplemental record-types what we have requested in addition to provide all information for our supported addons.
Cheers,
Richard
thanks, now I feel a real pilot
Yes, that´s exactly our goal - as real as it gets, also in the world of data
Happy flying and let us know, whenever you have a question - we also have real-pilots in our team
Cheers,
Richard
