The charts don't appears in EFP Fenix v2 or others devices

I can no longer open the charts in either Navigraph Charts or EFB on the Fenix ​​A320 V2. When I load the flight plan the route is loaded on the map. When I try to open the charts they are not loaded. Sometimes after a while it opens. Sometimes the chart selection is grayed out and it doesn’t open. But the strange thing is that sometimes, they download normally for a while and then stop again. It’s as if there was no response from the server or for some reason it was down, and suddenly it started connecting again. I’ve been trying unsuccessfully to resolve this for a week now. I have already uninstalled and reinstalled the simlink (I had problems with authentication during installation, it took several attempts and I only managed to do it after 2 hours, in this case it also seemed like the system was down) This is very frustrating, Navigraph charts were completely useless paa me) In addition to the A320’s EFB, I tested it on other devices and the same thing happened. Some help?

We have no reports of any downtime on our servers. They are hosted by AWS, the top hosting provider in the world.

Based on your descriptions it sounds like you are having internet or firewall issues. Do you have any possibility to try a completely different internet connection, such as that of your phone?

I have added additional logging to your account as well, so that we can check your interactions with our servers. Let me know if/when you see this issue again!
