No charts on A320ff improved EFB

Hello

Out of the blue when i select CHARTS on EFB there is no connection to navigraph browser.
Settings looks ok. I didn’t have any problems since i opened the account 2 months before.
I have a current and active account.

Hello

I finally managed to restore the maps by clearing the memory on the EFB HTML directory.

Thanks anyway.
