I have just (2 days ago - still trying to figure NG out) - but I was able to get to the point where I needed to select my aircraft but my plane wasn’t there. I’ve searched and found a bunch of things (basically first to ensure SimLink is running and found the Sim - SL is running - from Task Manager - just found the SL Status screen - it claims it has found the sim - MSFS2020; I deleted SL and reinstalled, just in case - no change).
Google no further help - I am now stuck - would appreciate assistance.
Sorry - I wrote it that way because the solution I found on Google involved ensuring that SL was connecting to the SIM. So, I was giving the reader the information that I had already looked at that solution and it had not succeeded. I was simply reporting the steps I had already taken to solve the problem. I don’t know any other way to prevent having to re-invent the wheel every time. I’m an engineer and that’s how I was trained to investigate a problem. I DID search (found the SL solution) but reported it didn’t work!!
OK, to dig down further, I completed my first Flight Plan (per the Navigraph Video “IFR Flight Planning”) and was instructed to “Export” the Flight Plan. When I attempted to do that, I saw a list of aircraft, but mine was not there. Thus the question.
It is impossible to support all add-ons, formats, and so on. Therefore, it is possible that you won’t find your add-on in the list. In this case, you must enter the route manually in the FMCs.
Is there still no way to import the completed flight plan into SimBrief? Because the aircraft CAN import the flight plan, along with a lot of other things, from Simbrief. I know about the copying trick from 2021 but I would have thought Navigraph would have been able to import directly by now!
