TFDi MD11. Unable to download Flight Plan into Sim - P3D v5

No TFDi MD11 on the Simbrief Downloader therefore unable to download/move Flight Plan into the aircraft?

The only TFDi Aircraft listed on the Simbrief Downloader is the TFDi B717.

Thank you.

Same problem P3D4.5.
I understood that this would be sorted with the latest Nav data update.

Thanks

Correct!

There is no way of generating a Flight Plan and downloading it into the MD11 from Simbrief!

Thanks.

No reply from Richard or a Moderator?

Any help?

Hi…,

Try creating a flight plan in SimBrief specifying MD-11. Generate Plan.

In the TFDi tablet, enter your SimBrief username and Save it. Then In Dispatch, you should be able to import the SimBrief flight plan

Hi,

We have not received any information from TFDi on the MD11 flight plan format.

Are you sure it can import such files? If so, have you tried simply importing the TFDi Design 717 format? It’s possible the 717 format will work with the MD11.

If the 717 format works, please let us know and we will update the SimBrief Downloader format title. If it does not, then we will need to wait for TFDi to either implement an export/import format for the P3D version, or more likely, they will update it to work the same way as the MSFS version currently does (via the EFB, with no need for the SimBrief Downloader).

Best regards,

OK! Thank you.

I will do some testing and confirm the results! Also I will check with TFDi.

Thank you helping.

Graham

I contacted TFDi, awaiting for their reply!

Thank you.

Graham

TFDi response was they are looking into having the same system for P3D as it is now for MSFS.

Currently there is no way of placing a Flight Plan into P3D, MD11.

I have the same issue with the MSFS version of the MD-11.
I looked at their website, but I found nothing.
If someone has a solution, it will be very nice.

Thanks a lot

Alain

Yup still present in January, either has to do with the latest TFDI version or the latest Airac…
Thanks
