Technical Difficulties Reported

It takes a couple of minutes for other flight plans to show. When I go to import something from simbrief it does nothing. Actually, I can’t load any flight plan after that.

Charts are not loaded from Simbrief, the flight plan is. But I guess we have to wait for the database server to sort it out.

That’s the same problem for everyone. They are working on it.

Friday got spoiled. No flight for today. How important has navigraph become. I thought my iPad has given up.

You can still use Simbrief, only thing missing is the automatic flightplan matching. Charts work fine.

Flight plan not loading , stuck there forever

I can toggle around the charts, but nothing is opening.

Hmm, perhaps you have a bad luck with NAvigraph load balancer or something… I have no issues with any of the airports I have tried.

It seems that our flights will be delayed today

that’s normal for ryanair :stuck_out_tongue:

Alright, the charts can open, but not looking reliable for a good simulation. Might open, might be stuck.

Yeah same here. Just can’t load the flight plan that I imported from Simbrief. So I’ll just go ahed with my flight and access the IFR charts manually.

Same, I have ATC on IVAO shouting at me

This is what I see. And, today is one of those rare days when I am actually away from work just to fly sim

We’re a little closer than an hour ago

Same here. It’s not loading. Though you can see the charts by putting in the ICAO. the route will not be marked on the global world map

If by improvement you mean that it still doesn’t work, yeah that’s me. I don’t have much time to fly with work now, and with the holiday, I have a little time to do some flying and this garbage doesn’t work. Is there any to revert back to an actual working product.

@clemacc Oh, for Heaven’s sake!

Chill.

Thanks for your patience guys. I know it’s Friday and everyone wants to fly. Here is the thing - at 16:20 UTC something hit our database servers and they all spiked. We are not sure where the load came from. At first we thought it was a batch of rendering jobs sent to the wrong server (shouldn’t be possible). We emptied the list of jobs (selectively after identifying every one of them what they were actually responsible of doing). This lowered the load a bit, but we still have intermittent service. We are now trying to reboot some instances.

We are five people on this. We will have it solve soon we think. Thanks for your patience.
