Thank you for give me your OS information, As I check with latest version of Simlink v1.1.21.0329 is compatible with Window7 x64 bit OS. But as per your reported issue, I think there must some component is missing to install into your system. For correct this can your please Uninstall Simlink and Install Simlink with Admin mode?

With X-Plane 11.53 and P3Dv5.1 no crashes with Simlink 1.1.21.0329.
