I downloaded and instilled Simcharts on both my android phone and laptop. however, when I start any sim, It does not see my AC or sim for that matter on remote devices. I’m logged in to servers. But when I press update plugin status it shows sim is not located. On my main desktop where sim resides sim paths are located normally. why can’t my laptop or android locate my sims?

Please make sure you have Simlink installed on FS machine only. Please remove Simlink from other machine(s).
