My simlink can’t recognize my sim. I tried to delete it and reinstall it but it doesn’t work. I also disconnected and log in but also don’t work

Could you please provide us with the following details?
- The version of Simlink that you have installed.
- Which Flight Simulator you are trying to connect with Simlink?
- If you are not using MSFS, please ensure that you have installed the Simlink plugins in the correct directory for your Flight Simulator. Refer to the image below for guidance:
- If you are still experiencing issues, please check the plugin settings in your Flight Simulator to ensure that the Simlink plugins are enabled. (Note: This step does not apply to MSFS.)

Hello,
I have the same problem with msfs2024 have just loged in navigraph simlink with the last version and I tells me like is not running when i click the button to see my plane in the map in navigraph. This is what it shows me when I start simlink it tells this:

Firstly, uninstall Simlink , download the newest version from https://navigraph.com/downloads and install that. Make sure you install it as administrator.
Make sure you sign into Simlink with the correct Navigraph account and try running it alongside MSFS2024 again.
If you are still seeing issues after this, please send us the latest Simlink log file
- Open Simlink
- Select the
Logstab - Press the
Open log folderbutton in the bottom right - In the window that opens, find the latest modified file and upload it to your next post here!
