Simlink keeps crashing when logging in

I’m on an M1 Mac and Simlink can’t login anymore because it keeps crashing the moment I press Log In.

Part of the error:

Kernel Triage:
VM - pmap_enter retried due to resource shortage

The rest of the crash log: https://pastebin.com/NEBaa8hD

HI,

Please check this to fix the login issue in the Simlink application.

Navigraph

This keeps happening to me too.
It’ll happen like 6 hours into a 15 hour flight - so having to restart the sim is not a viable solution.
I usually do immediate turnaround too so tbh even needing to quit and reload between flights is extremely annoying.

I have tried setting my default browser to different browsers and that doesn’t make any difference. It’s when the browser window pops up to authenticate SimLink that SimLink itself crashes. Here’s the top of the crash log:

Hi…

Please try the suggestion from Vishal in the post before yours.

Cheers
Ian

Hi Ian,

Yes that does work but only because of step 1:

Close running flight Simulator and the Navigraph Simlink application.

Quitting and restarting the sim itself seems to be the only thing that actually fixes it.

But as I was saying in my message, that is not a sustainable solution when it’s occurring halfway through a 15 hour flight, every flight.

Hi,

Closing the running Simulator and Simlink step is the initial step to clean up the wrong configuration. after completing all steps you do not need to restart the Simulator every time.
Just follow this only one time,
Stop Simulator and Simlink → Clean up → Install Simlink Plugins → Start Simulator.

Please feel free to inform us regarding the issue.

TR,

Vishal Ahir

Unfortunately it’s still happening.
It was fine for a couple of weeks. But this morning it’s doing it again.
I’ve quit the sim; blasted out everything to do with Navigraph in the library folder.
It started working for about 10 minutes but now the simlink app is locking up again.
