Latest build 1.1.38.1702 (Already uninstalled and re-installed). Simlink works initially then disconnects and it is not possible to re-connect.

Hello, All of maps PC iphone, ipdad ,says could not connect to sim, simlink Im logged in. Any help?? can’t track with moving maps.
